Majid Hamad Al Kalbani Advocates & Legal Consultants and Precedential Legal Consultancy have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation Agreement, establishing a framework for professional cooperation between the two legal practices.
The agreement was signed at the offices of Majid Hamad Al Kalbani Advocates & Legal Consultants in Dubai by Dr. Majid Hamad Al Kalbani, on behalf of Majid Hamad Al Kalbani Advocates & Legal Consultants, and Dr. Abdul Rahman Mohammed PeeTee, on behalf of Precedential Legal Consultancy.

The Memorandum provides a framework for the two firms to work together in areas of mutual professional interest, including the exchange of legal knowledge and experience, coordination of professional resources, and cooperation in the provision of legal services.
The scope of cooperation includes legal consultancy, litigation and case management, contract and agreement drafting and review, dispute resolution, arbitration, and corporate and business legal services, together with other areas that may be agreed between the parties and permitted under the applicable legal and professional requirements.
The agreement brings together the respective experience and capabilities of the two practices and is intended to facilitate closer professional coordination in matters where their respective areas of expertise may complement one another.
For both firms, the MoU is also an opportunity to strengthen the exchange of professional knowledge and experience and to develop a practical basis for cooperation as their respective practices continue to grow.
